WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR CONSTRUCTION OR EXCAVATION ESTIMATE
Once we receive your call or form submission we will schedule a time to come to your home or property to meet with you and discuss your construction or excavation project. During this time we will listen to your wants and needs, offer ideas, and ask clarifying questions so we are both on the same page as to the work you would like done. We will then write up a customized estimate detailing pricing and proposed work and email it to you. If you have any questions regarding your estimate we are happy to answer those or make necessary edits. Once you choose to go ahead with your general contracting project we require 50% payment down to secure your spot on our schedule.

How far out are you booked?
How booked we are depends on the season and influx of general contracting work, however, we try to allow enough flexibility in our schedule to be able to take on new jobs without much wait time. Our company offers a wide variety of services. Our home remodel services include whole-home remodels, kitchen remodels, and bathroom remodels, as well as residential home additions. We construct outdoor entertainment areas such as decks, patios, and patio covers. Additionally, we build shops, carports, garages, ADU’s, pole buildings and outbuildings. Earthwork, water main lines, retaining walls, brush cutting and hardscapes are excavation services we offer in Snohomish Washington and surrounding areas.
